Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • The normal delivery time for our products to reach you is 3-4 working days, after receiving payment.
  • Shipping within the UK is free, included in the products price. For orders overseas please contact us first for a shipping quote.
  • In very rare cases where the delivery date is to be any longer than stated above, you will be contacted by one of our sales representatives.
  • All orders will be shipped by recognised carriers or the Royal Mail.
  • Custom Neons can only ship goods to the credit card holders address, i.e PayPal address
  • Custom Neons is not responsible for any additional costs as a result of extended delivery times, unless prior consent is given in writing by a member of our staff.

 

Cooling off Period

The cooling off period begins as soon as an order has been made. It ends seven working days after the day you get the items.


Returns

In the event that there is a problem with your purchase, please email us sales@custom-neons.co.uk

  • We must be informed of the problem with the order within 7 working days starting the day after the delivery date.
  • We will cover the shipping costs of any item(s) returned to us by the customer.
  • This does not effect your statutory rights.
