We currently ship items to the UK and European countries only. Our despatch service is 1st Class Royal Mail, or courier for larger items. Goods are despatched within 48 hours, usually same day if ordered before 1PM.
UK orders shipped free of charge.
European orders are set at a standard shipping cost of £5.00 per order.
The normal UK delivery time from despatch to your door is 3-5 working days, but the delivery time can be up to 10 working days (2 weeks) from despatch at Royal Mails peak times. All despatch and delivery times given are estimates, and we can give no guarantees on exact delivery times.
European Countries, allow 4-5 days delivery - 16 days at peak periods.
Despite our best efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as they may have tried to deliver your package, but were unable to. Should you have not received your full order within 14 days of despatch then please report it using the details on the contact page. Written, signed confirmation of non-delivery may be required.
Payment
Payments are processed and managed through a choice of SSL secure sites, PayPal, Nochex, and Google Checkout online ordering systems. You do not need an account with these merchants to use them.
Cheques/Postal orders- If paying by cheque, please allow 7 days for payment to clear before goods are despatched. Details can be found on checkout.
Cancellation of Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and have a refund for any cancelled items provided that you return the goods to us in perfect condition. The goods to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not refund your original order postage cost, and the cost of return postage is payable by you. We suggest that you use a recorded delivery method as we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred in transit back to us.
Shortages and Errors
It is your responsibility to contact us regarding any shortages or packing errors within 7 days of receipt of goods. You must check all items are exactly as ordered upon receipt.
In the event of any damages, you must contact us at sales@custom-neons.co.uk as soon as the damage is noted. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item, of any damages. Providing we have been made aware within 14 days of receipt that there is a problem, you will be issued with a return number. You will be sent instructions on sending back the damaged goods, and a replacement will be sent. The cost of return postage is payable by you. We suggest that you use a recorded delivery method as we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred in transit back to us.
Warranty
All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 3 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier´s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier´s approval.
